SUMMARY: Dogface is a journey through the life of an ugly girl, known only as "Dogface" after being attacked by a dog when she was seven years old. She faces social ostracism as a child, peer pressure as an adolescent, and romantic rejection as a young adult. There are five scenes, each four years apart, beginning when she is seven years old, and ending when she is 23.
